Plastic products are the general term for daily, industrial and other articles processed using plastic as the main raw material.
Plastic products are ubiquitous in our lives, covering the basic necessities of life.
Life is almost inseparable from plastic products, various accessories and decorations of cars, bus seats, suitcases, washbasins, spoons as small as our meals, and so on.
So, how are finished plastic products made? Next, I will give you a general introduction to the manufacturing process of one of the plastic products.
What is an injection molding machine?
A machine that makes thermoplastic or thermosetting plastics into various shapes of plastic products through plastic molding dies.
The overall structure of the injection molding machine is as above showed photo.
Step 1: inject plastic particles through the funnel.
Step 2: Heating and melting the plastic particles in the plastic tube.
Step 3: inject the molten plastic liquid into the abrasive tool through the sprue.
Step 4: After cooling and forming, unfold the abrasive tool, and the finished product is completed.

The final product is basically completed, and further processing of the finished product is required for subsequent processes.
