The hardware shrapnel die is divided into two states involving normal and abnormal.
The metal shrapnel is normally off the machine.
1. First hit the punch to "inch" and turn off the counter.
2. Use the jog switch to hit the punch to the bottom dead center (180°), and cut the material belt; prevent the mold from cutting the material belt when it does not step on the dead point, which will easily lead to deformation of the material belt and damage to the mold parts.
3. Loosen the upper and lower die screws.
4. Hit the punch to the top dead center, and pull the mold to the base of the mold car together. When pulling the mold, two people are required to complete it together, and it is not allowed to pull the mold alone to ensure safety.
5. The mold car must be pulled away from the punch for a certain distance before the height of the mold car can be lowered. Prevent the mold car from being stuck in the punch path and cause the mold to slip.
6. Clamping screws, scissors, material hooks, flashlights, etc. are prohibited from being placed on the operating surface of the punch press when the mold is lowered.
The hardware shrapnel is abnormal and off the machine.
1. Turn off the host power and counter.
2. After the flywheel is completely interrupted, place plastic or paper cores on the front and rear diagonal anti-height posts of the mold. It cannot be placed between the stripping plate and the mold core fixing plate, nor can an iron block be used instead of plastic to place it in the mold.
3. Shake the flywheel with a safety rod (do not pull the flywheel by hand or use a safety rod to stop the flywheel operation before the flywheel is not interrupted) and stick it to the upper and lower stopper posts.
4. Loosen the upper and lower die screws, use a safety rod to pull the flywheel to 0°-70°, and then the die can be pulled down.
Precautions for hardware shrapnel off the machine.
1. Before pulling the mold, it is necessary to confirm that the material belt support plate of the mold inlet has been loosened and taken off.
2. When the mold cannot be pulled, one person can pull it out, and one person can push it back. (Don’t push the mold back together to push the mold out of the punching machine.) You can also use the mold lifting screw to wrap the screw hole of the lower mold base, and lift both hands up together. Pull up and pull out.
3. When the mold is pulled away from the punch, the mold car should not turn too sharply, to prevent the guide plate or the data support plate from hanging on the punch or the soundproof cover of the punch, resulting in damage to the mold parts or the mold slipping.
4. The inching operation cannot be performed when the mold is abnormally lowered, especially after the mold height-stop column is plastic.
5. Turn off the main machine of the punch press and other power sources after the die is lowered to prevent capital waste.
6. When the mold is shut down normally, it is necessary to inch the mold until the needle enters the round hole of the material belt. (To prevent the material from retreating when the feeder does not hold the material when there is no air pressure, the material will be entangled and the belt will be entangled.) Stop the mold from stopping at the bottom. Point. (Easy to form the service life of the in-mold spring).
